Sharee Adriazola, a trailblazing Brand Strategist, Creative Director, and Designer, is thrilled to introduce the MyGroove Design, Inc. Creative Incubator Program at the African American Art & Culture Complex. With a career spanning over two decades, Sharee has built a stellar reputation for her expertise in brand strategy, multicultural marketing, graphic design, digital media production, and professional live streaming. She has dedicated her career to empowering diverse entrepreneurs and business owners, and her profound commitment to fostering equitable and inclusive ecosystems has served as a source of inspiration as she continues to motivate and innovate.

 

Raised in a culturally rich environment by a Filipina mother and an African American father, Sharee’s diverse background has greatly influenced her approach to branding and design. Her work is characterized by a keen understanding of cultural nuances and a passion for creating impactful brand identities bringing unparalleled value to businesses and organizations. With a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and community engagement, Sharee’s forward-thinking approach aims to create a supportive ecosystem where diverse companies, entrepreneurs, and founders can flourish together. 

 

She has worked with renowned Bay Area advertising agencies and firms such as Young and Rubicam Advertising, Maiden Lane, NeroFocus, and Kaiser Permanente’s design department, collaborating with top-tier clients and campaigns for Delta Dental, the U.S. Postal Service, AARP, Chevron, Heavenly Ski Resorts, AMD, and Hitachi. As the founder of MyGroove Design, Inc., she has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, from startups to established organizations, including Hill & Company Communications, The County of Alameda, The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area, the Museum of the African Diaspora, Pacific Communities Ventures and California Humanities, just to name a few, consistently delivering fresh, innovative concepts that resonate across various platforms and audiences. 

 

At the the Entrepreneur Experience: The Art of Black Genius, Sharee will launch the highly anticipated Creative Incubator Program, a groundbreaking 6-month Seed Accelerator designed to foster interdependent businesses that thrive together by launching a sustainable ecosystem in which five businesses operate as a pod, supporting one another to create a robust and successful business model. Attendees will be able to apply for the program, participate in a pitch competition, and join a cohort of like-minded innovators.
